Church Outside the Church Outreach Ministries Inc. is a Christ-centered outreach ministry dedicated to serving the community beyond the walls of the traditional church settings.
Founded in April 2022 out of Disciples of Faith Higher Place of Praise Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Cecelia Colquitt, C.O.T.C Outreach Ministries was established with a vision to extend the love of Christ through outreach, service, and community support.
Led by Pastor Andrea Stroud, our ministry is committed to meeting both spiritual and practical needs through feeding programs, grief support, prayer, biblical empowerment, and community-based outreach initiatives.
We serve as a bridge between faith and action-connecting individuals and families to resources, care, and support that promote healing, stability, and hope.
