Church Outside the Church Outreach Ministry Inc. is a Christian organization formed out of Disciples of Faith Higher Place of Praise Ministries located in Atlanta, GA. where our Apostle & Overseer is  Cecelia Colquitt. Our Apostle/Overseer is one that believe in raising leaders and through all spiritual gifting and love serve to draw others to Christ. The COTC outreach ministry is dedicated to serving the community through love and drawing others to Christ one event at a time. We do not judge nor is our assistance bias, we give according to the resources we have available to us. We hope to serve all that we can regardless of the ethnicity, gender or condition. We are passionate about being a resource to the community and making a positive impact. We create a safe place for the broken as we pray with them and provide them with referrals that will help with their trauma and deep-rooted scars. We give hope to those less fortunate, and we give strength to those who have been through situations that has caused them to become weary and faint of heart. We build bridges between the young and the old so that we understand them better and can assist them more effectively.
