Church Outside the Church Outreach Ministries, Inc. is a Christ-centered, trauma-informed nonprofit ministry dedicated to serving individuals and families beyond the walls of the traditional church setting.

Our outreach work began in April 2022 through Disciples of Faith Higher Place of Praise Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Cecelia Colquitt. What began as a vision to extend the love of Christ through outreach and service has grown into an established 501(c)(3) organization committed to addressing both spiritual and practical needs within our communities.

Led by Founder and Executive Director Pastor Andrea L. Stroud, C.O.T.C. provides biblical empowerment, prayer, grief and trauma support, food and emergency assistance, homelessness-prevention services, housing-stability support, financial empowerment, and connections to trusted community resources.

We serve as a bridge between faith and action, connecting individuals and families with compassionate care, practical resources, and opportunities that promote healing, stability, self-sufficiency, and hope.

At C.O.T.C., we believe ministry does not stop at the church doors. We are committed to meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with dignity, support, and renewed hope.
